★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited KJMC for my medical checkup & chest x-ray. Great service from all the staffs particularly staff Haswati & Dr. Colin Fernandez. They are so friendly, helpful & professional, making my medical checkup so smooth & easy. Reasonable price for blood test, urine test & chest x-ray. Definitely gonna visit this medical centre for my future medical checkup again. Keep up with the good service ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for vaccination. There wasnt a crowd it is ok. But the parking system is a hoax. They say 15 mins free but their clock is faster than yours. So u still have to pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sending my son there for vaccination. It was well managed with clear instructions and fast service. My son missed the second dose due to quarantine. We walked in and the officer was well trained not to queue with the booster group and handled the case separately, all done in 5 mins

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Hospital are the worse treatment experience that I had. The staff are so annoying and not professional at all. The doctor qualification at this Hospital make me concern. My kids having the another issues after receive the treatment there and to admitted only one night due to high fever and to get the another health issues extra due to their competency costs me nearly 3k. So acceptable. The is no sorry or any justification from the panels doctors or staff line due to their incompetency. It worthless and not compatible at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i went to the reception and informed them i want to see a doctor but the nurse without an ounce of common sense asked me if i want to just buy medication or see a doctor? Is it because i look like I'm poor? And since when private hospitals are allowed to sell doctor's prescription without actually have a consultant with the said doctor? For a private hospital with EXPENSIVE charge, this hospital is very disorganized, staff without knowledge and just might as well do yourself a favor and don't come here if you have a choice and just buy a medication somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband ( Peter Goh) had to do a Ultrasound on his stomach yesterday at KJMC. We had a referral letter. When we arrived we were met by the concierge. My husband was in pain and he was place in the wheelchair and wheeled to the scanning department. My husband needed desperately to lie down and instant of saying no beds, the nurses took the time to find an empty bed so he could lie down. The entire process was smooth and the staff were very polite. We were out of there within an hour.
I know a.lot of us give bad reviews on KJMC services. Maybe I am lucky yesterday to have experience such good service. But KJMC deserve this review as they showed compassion and kindness in our difficult time. So, thank you very much especially the Concierge and the nurses in the scanning department. Sorry, I did not get your names.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For those who are reading my review, please be extra cautious if you plan to visit this medical centre. I went for a treatment for stomach ache few months ago. Treatment was expensive but their medicines were not functional at all. When I visited them for a second time because the pain didn’t go away, they gave so many reasons to make me stay at ward.
Please visit nearby clinics instead for diseases like flu, fever, stomach ache, headache and etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently one of the few private medical institutions that have been assigned by the KKM as a vaccine centre for dispensing innoculation shots to members of the public alerted by the national COVID-19 tracking mobile app.
Service is courteous and efficient by the staff at hand and the total process of registeration to post vaccine observation period was all completed in less than twenty minutes. The medical center also gives a discount on the parking for all COVID-19 vaccine candidates coming here by car.
