★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The swimming pool looks dirty with mold everywhere. The water is greenish and not clear. Either lack of chlorine or poor filteration system or both. No tv channels avail, as the unit is still old version using tv antenna type. The sink outlet leaks badly. Towels also very thin and looks shabby. We stayed at room number 6. During nite time, upper level guests barbecuing very close to our room and generate stuffy smokes. The only pro is aircond was cold and heater was good and the location is closed to the beach.

Parking 4/5 - ample enough
Room 2/5 - leaking, old furniture, broken cabinet door, cleanliness poor
Room corridors sandy, no one bother sweeping.
Toilet 1/5 - dirty toilet seat cover (my diy one just few buck), water gun also no head (mr diy got cheap), sink bowl out of balance afraid might fall.
Overall 2/5 - 3 star hotel? nahhh, 1.5 star at best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room not in good shape. Towel n bed sheet look dirty. Problems with aircond n TV. No tissue provided. Need to change the toilet seat. Water heater switch damage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dissappointed.This place doesn't even deserve a star. The price doesn't match the room that we got. The sofa bed in the family room should have been in the dumpster because i could feel the spring in that sofa. There was mold in that room. The water from the shower head was soo sloww. The bathroom was not cleaned properly.Didn't even have extra pillows in the cupboard. The dining area of the "resort" was dirty. No waiting room or space for the guests,so we had to wait in the dining space with no fan before we could check in.The toilet next to the dining area was nasty. Everything is old. The pool is dangerous ,almost all of my nephews and nieces got cuts from playing in the pool. One of them got a quite deep cut on his brow and need to be brought to a clinic. Thank God,the fridge,kettle and AC were ok. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room isn't so clean because got dust n small rubbish under the bed. The buffet breakfast provided with limited options to choose, there were nasi lemak, fried noodle and a few kuih only. However, staffs are friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamb Satay v tasty, Chicken Satay no fat skin, Honey Braised Chicken Wings really tasty too. Price of course not cheap lo ! Price had increased compare to last year. Satay sauce a bit reduced too, not enough for 24 pcs of Satay. Hopefully they can be considerate in my next order !
