l	lisa liew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort environment is indeed beautiful, but the resort services need to be greatly improved. When we arrived at the jetty that day, it was raining. We asked people for the location of the resort, and we dragged our luggage and raining day to the resort in embarrassment. We stayed in a family suite (5 people) with one double bed and three single beds. After we checked in, we found only sheets and towels for four people were prepared. After responding to the counter, only came to prepare the sheets and we asked for the towels to be distributed since they said they were not enough for us. The equipment in the room is very bad. There are only two lights in the whole room. Maybe it is not open during the MCO period, which leads to extremely poor hygiene. When I came back, I found that the whole foot was bitten by the bud.Mean the bed got a bud, This needs to be greatly improved. But the food at the resort is delicious. Activity jungle walk is so excited ☺️
N	Nuramira Maarof on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The day we arrived after CMCO March 2021 released, we are stunned for the priceless view of Pulau Besar.. during check in, we are surprised seeing the pool is empty (means, one of the facilities OUT). After we received our key, the receptionist informed that there will be no electricity from 3pm-5pm due to electric is support by the gen set not TNB. Again we surprised with the unfriendly facilities as I’m staying with an infant.. we have no clue why they stop the electricity during the time that all guest are in the room. Apart of it, the staff are really friendly and helpful, the food taste is delicious even the price is slightly high. Menu are limited and no fresh fish from the ocean ?

Y	Yeepin Bu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst resort I have ever stayed in; Can you imagine after swimming or playing on the beach that’s no electricity supply and water to clean up? Also, the room was dirty, and the furniture and toilet facilities were shabby. The most ridiculous thing was that there were ants and cockroaches in the room/bathroom. Those two days at this resort were a nightmare for our family.
A	An Jaafar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort needs urgent refurbishment. Toilets not welcoming. Just do your business and get out. They are run down and still operating. Place is dark at night. Be watchful of snakes. We saw snake pass us while walking at night. Staff are friendly but a few have bitter attitude. We arrived at 12pm were told our room will be ready at 5pm. Thank god they manages to give us by 3pm. Rooms are basic. Just bed and aircondition. Buffet serve are basic and slightly high price. Due to no other food sold on island except a burger stall you have no choice but to rely on the buffet. Aseania and the other hotel do not accept walk in customer for their restaurant. We found a little village stall operates by the villager beside the resort. Fried Rice is good and cheap. The owner is super friendly. Nevertheless the sea are beautiful and clean. Tremendous view of sunset. The beach infront of the resort arent properly maintain so walk further to Aseania and use theirs. I gave 2 star for the cool aircondition in room and clean sea.
