Recommended food: 1. Pan mee 2. Curry mee 3. Char kuey teow 4. Wantan mee Food to avoid: 1. Western food (at least until the sauce mistaken as salad dressing is disposed)

Went there for lunch the other day. Tried wantan mee, pan mee and char koay teow. Wantan mee was great. Noodles was cooked to nice conversation and the sauce was nice. The best part was the wantan. It has thin wrap and full of meat filling.. Pan mee noodle was very nice, springy. The sambal that came with it was awesome too. Char koay teow was cooked by an old lady, and she definitely knows how to make good wok hei CKT. There were 3 prawns in there, and I like that it wasn't very oily. Highly recommended. There is a baked pastries stall in the coffee shop selling 烧包 and kaya puffs. Try that too, they are good Will definitely revisit.

Wonton mee was delicious especially the sauce. Noodle alone with sauce already satisfying. Generous ingredients and good service by the old uncle. 4 stars Wonton soup just slight above standard. 3 stars Chicken rice was surprisingly good. Well cooked rice was sticky and addictive with the sauce. RM5 per serving. 3 stars

I actually have my Koay Teow Soup in Fook Cheow Cafe. However, I could smell the fragrant CKT from Nam Seng Coffee Shop. Taste wise is unique, it taste sweet and savory like all in one. If I am right, I could taste some chai por (preserved radish) too... One thing good about this, both coffee shop can actually serve over a street if you order their food.

Had an impression that the wantanmee here is delicious but was told by the staff to wait for 30 minutes; ordered char kuey teow instead (partially due to the aroma). Quite delicious, not oily but slightly overpriced. This kopitiam is quite crowded, a lot of parking are available nearby if you don't mind walking for a distance.
