★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the price is steep for the food and service you're getting here. First of all, you have to pay for the soup, mala was okay, pork bone is quite bland compared to most steamboat restaurants. The staff was not attentive enough and we have to call several times to refill the soup or to add on orders. We got stomach unwell the next day but not sure whether it's from the food hygiene or maybe we didn't cook well?
Few suggestions to improve since it's a new restaurant, staff need to be more attentive and should be automatically refilling soup for customers. The soup should be more flavourful and serving portions should be larger to reflect the premium you charge. Also the noise isolation is quite bad and we could hear loud club music from next door...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some hits and misses. For soup base, please do not choose mala and tomyum because they did not taste good; you can go for herbal soup and black chicken soup, flavourful and rich. The herbal drinks is refiilable, which is great. When it comes to food selection, there's a lot of common steamboat ingrediants but it is so pricy. The price does not justify the food quality though. There is really a lot of room for this shop to improve. Thus I'm giving a three star for my first visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am glad I discovered this hot pot place, who offers a great selection of vegan and non vegan items on their menu, yet within an affordable range. Not to mention, they are pet friendly too! Huge win, and will definitely revisit soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is definitely bad in this era, as compared to haidilao and other steamboat shops. We ordered tomato soup and chicken herbal soup...it was just too.......salty.......... the best thing ever is ..... they didnt serve me the huadiao alcohol for chicken soup....only realise when I asked to refill the soup. Service is slow and bad, the food initially taste ok...but it was too salty in the end.....also needs customer to remind that the fruits need to be refilled. I will only visit once....
