β β β β β i love the hotel , me and my family will always go there probably twice or once a year , clean and it feels like home when i go there . The food is delicious , i love to wake up and eat breakfast there. Very convenient as there is a mall next to the hotel .

β β β β β A business meeting during fasting month .A good and blessed meeting The outcome is fantastic with the Grace of Our Muslims God Allah. Meeting place is pleasant. Moreover not far from my house. No headache of traffic jam. Parking is plenty at AEON One Utama Shopping Complex adjourning the Hotel.

β β β β β Spacious room in super clean condition. Attached to 1 utama mall which gives direct access to restaurant & shopping. Indian cuisine at breakfast buffet was awesome and a must try. Free parking makes everything a complete package.

β β β β β Excellent hotel adjacent to the shopping mall which is a big plus, very easy to find meals and groceries. It's also walking distance to First Avenue where I need to work.
Hotel airport pick-up was smooth and friendly service, got car upgrades for both of my airport trips.
Front desk was very helpful and very smooth with checking in and out.
Room was spacious and comfortable although there's not much of a view. TV was quite smart even though you can't stream Netflix you still can mirror your phone to watch YouTube and others.
Breakfast was excellent with a very wide option of meals from local, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, and Western food.
The only downside was the hot water shower and bath, it's only luke warm, you can't really use the bathtub with it.

β β β β β Stayed here multiple times. Excellent rooms, excellent service and great location. The staff are mostly very polite and friendly. Out of a lot of hotels I've been to, this hotel is constantly maintaining its level of excellence over the past 10 years or so. Will definitely stay here again.

β β β β β Nice 5 star hotel with great location smack in the middle of a huge shopping centre. Breakfast buffet is good but kept repeating the same dishes. The rooms are clean and service is good. One star less due to its high price.

β β β β β Worth the stay with very good value with benefits plus can shopping in One Utama & sightseeing nearby. Breakfast was outstanding with peace of mind. In addition, the staff was very polite & helpful as they inform to me when I left out valuable things after checkout. Need to visit again someday, it was a pleasure staying there.

β β β β β Initially I chose this hotel due to its location coz it's linked to 1 Utama shopping center. Once I stayed, I was impressed with the friendly and professional services offered by the receptionist and bellboy. The room was spacious and super clean. The breakfast was good. The swimming pool was big but need to book first and it was full on the day of check in. Hope the management can do something about this so we can have an opportunity to use the pool during our short stay. Overall, happy and satisfied with the stay
