★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management services. I've been requesting for helping to check on cctv as my belonging was stolen and they didn't bother to assist.
The building materials are super low quality especially the ceiling part as I can always hear the sound from upstair such as walking steps, machinery noise, water flushing, etc, I've been given warning to my upstairs inconsiderate neighbour but they still making noise during midnight 12 - 3am for the past few months and I was awaken many times by intense noise in the middle of the night.

Good security, place is considerably new and well maintained. They have a cool Gym with an awesome view. The location isn't so great but overall above average.
