โ โ โ โ โ Horibble service! Incompetent staff that can't even handle a phone call. Calling for few times, the staff either passing you around or straight away hang up your call. I just wish to check the cukai tanah online, the webpage is already difficult to navigate that you don't even know which category of "Urusan" to choose. Those listed seem irrelevant. We are coming to year 2022 and yet all these are not linked to bank for auto payment. Goodness!
