★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my dog in. Ultrasound and blood test doctor said all clear. Gave medication one week later bleeding still there. Emailed them 3 days already no reply. Counter service one old uncle and one young girl but somehow they can't coordinate damn sloooow. Waiting time also slow despite got two vets at any one time. Bring your furkid at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were the only vet after three vets I approached which allowed a walk in. I am a new pet owner and was desperate for advice and support. The vets here did! So thankful. I managed to save one kittens life by putting it on IV drip. And they gave me so many good advice and assurances about keeping the kittens. It helped me as a first timer.
Now the kittens are healthy and active. So glad I found them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Thomas is extremely caring and gentle with your pet. However, 3 stars for waiting time. Even on weekday, waited for 4 hours. If you do not want to wait for 3-4 hours. Best to go to another vet. The management ought to figure this issue out.
Edit: I finally understood why their waiting times is so long. I had 12 people before me they told me one hour waiting time. After 3 hours another customer came in who had 8 people before her, they told her 10 minutes waiting time. It’s evident why their queue piles up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vet and the staff here are attentive to our jack russell terrier. I appreciate that the Muslim staff are comfortable dealing with a dog.
Vet is informative and patient with us as pet owners and explains medications and so on to us....
We also go there monthly to get kibbles for our dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here today for my dog's yearly vaccination.Very good service by Dr Thomas and his team. He is very caring and patience in doing physical check up and explaining about the condition of our dog. Price are reasonable . Waiting time is not too long and very clean environment.
Recommended vet for those looking for good and affordable vet in the town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caring doctor, affordable price. Counter staff is friendly also. Last time I was a bit late for my appointment, the clinic is very kind and waited me to attend the appointment. I like the attitude of both Dr Tan, Dr Thomas and all the staffs. They all are very gentle to my old dog.This vet has their own blood test machine and the blood test results release instantly within 10 mins, the doctor can prescribe medicine immediately after blood test results is released. They will recommend supplement for senior dog if we want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my pup neutered here at a reasonable price - RM245 (16kg, 6mo). Called the vet to check if they were available for walk in + queue time approx. before bringing my pup there. Waited for about 8 mins which was surprisingly fast. Dr Tan and the nurses were very caring and ensured that my pup was at a healthy weight before proceeding with the surgery. Overall had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it to others!
