★ ★ ★ ★ ★ order at 12pm. Delay more than 2 hours. received wrong order. False information given by the outlet. HQ said the outlet stated rider out at 12:50pm. but rider said out from outlet at 1:40pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably THE WORST Pizza Hut branch I have come across. Slow is one thing. The next is, every time I place an order through Grab, I have ended up waiting 1 hour 45 minutes for delivery. Or they have cancelled my order 3 times. I mean, why bother accepting Grab orders if you can’t cope?

It was so TEDIOUS!!!!

We had to log in WIFI, then link with page or wtv,
Then create profile,
Then wait for it to load,
And dah la the link to the website was "fishy" or something, we had to try multiple times.
I mean, as a hungry person, i was not the more patient.
Hahaha.
The people who ordered to go were faster than us!
Like geram la jugak.
Maybe that's why NOBODY dined in except us~
