★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s supposed to be closed today Jul 30th 2019 but on the google search stated it’s open. The info is misleading and causing lots of trouble to those who travels all the distance thinking it’s open. Please update your schedule accordingly and most importantly accurately!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an item delivered to this kiosk once. But in the end, poslaju called to tell me that the kiosk wasn't working, and made it sound that I should be grateful that they called to inform me, otherwise my package would have been sent back to the vendor.
I had to pick the item up from their hub - waste of my time and money. On the way back, I did pass by the kiosk and there was indeed a windows error message on the kiosk screen. However, there is nothing on their website to indicate whether a particular kiosk is offline or not. So using this kiosk is a bit of a gamble, which is why I will most likely never ever use this service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female front office officer not friendly and act like she own the poslaju. Need to know ethic on how to treat customer. She ask me to go to other poslaju branch as she not going to entertain manual form anymore. You should teach me on how to use it instead. There is no other customer during that time. Bigger branch have better communication skills staff. A lot of people seeking for a job. Pls replace the female staff. ?? You can find better #poslaju

I know she is tired.. but wasn't it is her job to act as professional in any circumstances? simply thanks and sorry will help. but her tone and language is very rude.. others male staff is very helpful an polite. I don't know what is wrong the the female staff..
