Helpful management staff and strict security makes the condominium environment safe and comfortable.
Suitable for working person and student because no need to wait for long time in the peak hour.
TARUC bus stop here and fetch student. Nearest public transport is bus stop which can link to monorail and lrt and it just takes 5 minutes to walk to bus stop!
Many food stall and restaurants here and it is very difficult to stay hungry when so many food is ready to serve, and most of them are cheap and not pricey.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the well maintained condo of 15 years, the external paint still last until now. Swimming pool are cleaned 3 times a week.

โ โ โ โ โ Easy to park , there is guarded security . The residents are very friendly too! Good job to keep the buildings well maintained , not too mention their lifts are fast too.

โ โ โ โ โ Medium cost. Complete infrastructure and shopping outlets, small and large, in the area and nearby up until town center. Minus traffic, just like any place in KL.
