★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 5 t-shirts thru quiksilver.my (order #480001547514/06/2021). A couple of the shirts are different measurements compared to the size chart they provide. Emailed twice regarding this. NO response at all.
Stock comes from Australia, so returning anything would be even more expensive (if they even bothered to respond) than the items themselves. Very misleading when the website url is a .my address. Absolutely pathetic level of customer service. No wonder they only have one last outlet left in Malaysia.
