β β β β β Made for cars only. Bad designed even for cars, of you missed turn, then you have to circling around. Walk to grocery shop or mrt through trash collection from basement in backyard. Wait time of elevators are 15 minutes are average. Elevators are crowded and stuffy without aircons

β β β β β I booked a room here from airbnb. Madison Tower 25th floor. Room was spacious, nice, clean, and host is very friendly and helpful. Car drop-off zone and the lobby are actually on the 4th floor. At first, you might get confused but itβs not a big deal. Location is great and it has an infinity pool as well.

β β β β β Old building. Old furniture. Many equipment damaged or dirty as you can see on photos. We make booking because of photo's on booking.com but it was completely different apartment. Photos didn't match. We cancel and get full refund that's the only positive.

β β β β β The WORST hotel I have ever stay. Worst of worst. Got many Kochroroach inside the room. Please read all review before BOOK this hotel. Not worst the money and your health???????????????????????????????????????.

β β β β β Amazing view of the twin towers and skyline. It's pretty far but you still get a good view of all high rise buildings. Even better if you get a room in block A since that's where infinity pool is present on the 37th floor. The pool/view area is open from 7am to 10 or 11pm, the place can get crowded sometimes because all of them want to get that perfect shot.
The rooms that we got were not up to the mark. It was congested but the combined hall/kitchen was spacious. The hall and room had the view of roads below. Towels provided were old and no drinking water was provided nor was there a filter in the kitchen. We shared the house with another couple, so it may get a little awkward if you're not fine with random people around in the house.
You need take a grab or use the train as the only modes of transportation, no walking.

β β β β β The hall way is smelly, it smelled like something is not fully dried, like the carpet is wet. Then the aircond in my room is not cold enough. This is the first time after I finished taking bath, I didn't feel cold, even though the aircond was set to 17Β° C. Then the sink in my room is leaking. The room is small, I can take that, but how come the window is very dirty? The KL city view cannot be enjoyed by the guest due to the dirt. That's all from me. I have tried many cheap hotels that cost below rm200, this is the worst so far. But thank you for the good service from the registration counter.

β β β β β I stayed here for over a month. My rented apartment was nice because of the view and the landlord was very accommodating. The location is great for LRT. However, the management is the worst. They never opened the 4th level pool so people can't swim there while shuffling all guests for all three buildings into a tiny infinity pool.
You rooftop pool is always busy with groups of people. And if you want to dip your head into the pool, you have to share the pool with a disgusting lady that covers her face with white suncream, she would lap swims with her face in the water (you can see cream shedding off her face). You can easily spot her because she wears fins and hand pads. Honestly, what is the point of putting things on your face when it comes off in the water and mostly it pollutes the pool!! I think she is a long term resident and hope she reads this. To this selfish lady: you are the most disgusting, dumbest and inconsiderate person alive. I have not been back in the pool since witnessing this selfish person.
I would not stay here again because of the lazy property management and inconsiderate guests like that lady.
