We are writing to let you know how much we appreciated the outstanding customer service that your awesome staff on duty had provided today (15/05/2022) and that I really wanted to say is a VERY VERY BIG THANK YOU for their awesome and utmost patience, friendliness, attentiveness and professionalism towards me and my husband. Special mentioned to Noor Suhaizan, Nur Ema Hajirah, Rachel Hii Rui Juan, Hellena Tayas, Rabiatuladawiah, Dr Lim Mei Fhuang and last but not least and also Dr Mazin and the entire team from x-ray, CT Scan and Mammogram units. I am pleased with Regency as they have a non hassle system. I can just get a number and the staff can multi task. A special thanks to customers service Grace Lai and Cik Nina the BO department who explains well and very helpful in n helping my to get things done easily and fast. ???

Inhuman visitor policy. Only 2 guests allowed during a window of two hours, absolutely inhuman, please enlighten me how we as a family, during hardship, need to choose ONLY TWO family members to be with the patient, for ONLY TWO HOURS? A guard walked in two minutes after my mum came out of operation and asked us to go out, when my mum is vomiting and in pain. Nurses are rude, admin and security guard are arrogant. No sympathy and empathy at all. Policies that are out of sense. Do not visit this hospital, unless you wanna get treated like a child, get told when to come and when to go when all you want is to accompany your mother.

Good customer service from a helpful elderly Chinese man who showed us the way to the registration room and a young Chinese Boy who brought us to the Ward 3B. Dr.Han Pei Kwong Consultant Urologist is a very good doctor. Unfortuntely his Indian lady assistant needs to learn how to deal with the public in a more polite way.

I do not recommend this hospital at all. 1, The IV drip we’re not in place. I kept telling the nurse who inserted the cannulation, to the doctor who inspected me, to the anesthesiologist, to the ct scan nurses and they ignore my request to check and told me it’s in place, yet they still inject through it and ignore my pain as a patient. My whole wrist was bruised and my veins are scarred till today. 2, Make an appointment with doctor at different times and they can make you wait for 4 hours as I watch different people walking in and out. I was there since 10am. Just for a routine check up. 3, Once, another a doctor did a scope on my mum and we were asked to wait for 4 hours and when the doctor appeared, he said I’m busy now, come back next week. 4. I had a biopsy done recently and that was my last draw for Regency. They must have lifted me by my arms while I’m unconscious when I’m awake, both my arms were bruised and I feel that my arm is painful when I stretch. They must have pulled my arm in a wrong way. This review is vital to those who are sickly and looking for comfort and be treated by trained professionals. There is a need for Regency Specialist Hospital to monitor and review the ethical attitude of certain doctors and train your nurses well. The amount of money spent here are easily compared to the new hospitals that is in Johor Bahru who offer better services and more passionate about their work. Not all are bad, there are good doctors and nurses. But if the first step of iv drips is wrong you can forget about the rest.

This hospital has been improving their services and environment. Customer service staffs are very friendly. I feel very comfortable seeing the newly renovated lobby. Food served in their cafeteria are delicious! Recently, specialist clinics and doctors have been added, which makes me feel very convenient! I highly recommend it!

Service seems good cos they charge you an arm and a leg for everything. Literally everything. But when my bedridden dad was admitted there, several times, he always came back with bed sores and he stank so bad. I don’t even think they clean him properly, nor turn him often enough. It takes 2-3 weeks to heal up a bed sore! And because we are at the nurses mercy, there was no way to complain or demand for better service. If it wasn’t for the doctor who treated him, we would prefer not to go there at all. Yet the hospital charges for EVERY plaster, bandage, wipes, cotton ball, tissue and whatever you can think of, into the bill. Do not go there please. It only has a nice building and nice lobby. Some doctors are praiseworthy. Nurses are horrible. Everything else is rubbish.
