★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk personnel are rude and abrupt, they have no interest in the customer or the company they represent.
I took an expensive Samsonite cabin bag, with a defective and oneside detached extendable handle, for repair. The worker looked at it for less than ten seconds and curtly said - "240 Ringgit take one month". Ridiculous as the bag already cost RM700 and was 18 months old.
No alternative repair suggestions, care or empathy.
Thanks Samsonite - I have always bought your luggage based on quality, service and reliability, clearly the 1U staff at your repair centre do not represent these values.
A last time for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service - it took almost 1 month just to hear back from them about fixing our luggage zip. They were supposed to call us back but never did.
Tried to reach them on multiple occasions but it was very difficult. Once we managed to get a hold of them they hung up on us once and the second time told us they will call back but never did.
So much trouble over a zip. Samsonite really need to improve their service centre quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this place. This place got 2.7 in review. Whereas The other Samsonite service center in Cheras got 5, full points in review. I am glad that i found the other Samsonite appointed service center in Taman Connaught, Cheras.

I whatsapp him, and got quotation and he told me took 1 week to repair.
If when u reach there got no parking, thet will come down to get your bag.
So i went there today, luckily got parking. And he told me the handle can be replaced in 30 mins, so that i no need to make another trip to collect my luggage. So i went to downstair kopitiam have a drink and wait.
The price they charged is reasonable and good service. I am a happy customer. Though i live in PJ, i feel worth it to drive to Cheras to replace my Somsonite luggage handle.
Should go to Somsonite Service Center in Cheras, and STAY AWAY from horrible service center in 1 Utama.

Plus i just got my bag serviced 2 months ago and the stitching is gone, now tell me have to wait 1 month just to change the zipper. A stitch took them 1 week before this.
Samsonite, you gotta reflect on your services man. And please change contractor if this company is not doing your after sales correctly.
Poor company, shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a way for me to post 0 stars then I definitely would do so. This 'service center' is essentially a scam. Forget about claiming Samsonite's warranty here, they will charge you for repairs until your nose bleeds!!
A single wheel change (which took them all of 3 minutes to do) costs rm80. After receiving the bag back the other wheels miraculously got worse and the scammer claimed required all 4 to change! 'Servicing' is another rm45 per wheel if you opt out of changing said wheels (something I found you can easily DIY using rm7 silicon lubricant spray).
Avoid like the plague!

The service is like shxx. Person in charge TALK LIKE U OWE HER MONEY.
