★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security is ok considering so many people in and out. Only the swimming pool need some upgrade maintenance. Overall this place is great with adjoining mall and LRT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To absolutaly avoid ! Long stay Rent or own ! (If 1 week and less than 2 people it should be ok)
Access management is the worst i ever seen.
Here is why:
1 when some guest come visit you, you cannot unlock door from home. You MUST walk down to lobby to open the doors with access card. No intercom systwm to remotely unlock.
2 when your guests want to leave from your place, you MUST go down accompagny them to the lobby as the access card is mendatory to leave.
3 there is no visitor car park
4 you also need an access card to GO OUT from the sport center. (You cannot go in with you friend, then one of you leave first. You will must leave together)
5 to leave the condo using the connexion lift to the mall also must have ghe access card to LEAVE. Thats non sense.
6 the elevator system configuration is non sens. Waste of energy and waste of time. The lift do not hold its last position but 1 go, after 1 minute idle, to lobby floor and the other to top floor. I beleive that energy waste is 50% of what they really need.
I am not expert but all this should be comon sense and easily solvable. But management is really lacking.
So trust me you do not want it.

The Apartment Block Looks very flashy and impressive. The communal areas are excellent. 2 good pools, Games room and sitting room of high standard.
Well connected with lift going straight to KL Gateway Mall and Link Bridge to LRT.
Apartment is well laid out, with floor to ceiling windows in both bedrooms and the living room. Some apartments will give good views (although most will be pointing straight at another apartment block)
However, otherwise the building feels half done, with a myriad of issues and loud construction noise all day.
The building management have a difficult job, as there are so many issues, but they manage it very poorly. Not seeming to be interested in actually fixing problems.
When the water in our apartment suddenly went a brown colour it was claimed this was 'just what water in Malaysia is like'. Not true; water in other nearby condos is clear and potable after a simple filer. There is some problem in the pipes that they either do not care about, or can't be bothered to fix. Air-Con in both bedrooms and Light outside apartment all broke in the space of a year and there were leaks from above.
The guards are generally friendly, but can be strict to a tedious extent, with paperwork supposedly required for the most minimal task.
This is certainly under directive of the management.
There are also a high percentage of units being let out by Airbnb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t recommend for long term rent. The condo is totally occupied by Airbnb units. Too thin walls and you can hear people partying every weekend.
Poor gym (for such “high level apartment” they have very few machines), noisy because next to a highway from one side and a mosque from another side (loud early morning sounds).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely stay here. It has a small elevator connecting to the KL Gateway Mall, if there are more than 2 people wanting to use this elevator it might take awhile to wait. Used the pool at 9am on weekend and had the pool all to myself. The guards at lobby and pool area were nice when we asked for directions.
