β β β β β The worst Starbuck ever. Second time wrong order. Only realized when I reached home. I just request a HAZELNUT LATTE, hot instead you give me chocolate hazelnut. Is it so difficult?! This is the second time with the wrong flavour!

β β β β β Staff are very sneaky. They put extra cheese on food and charge you before you even know what happened. Same with drinks. They pretend not to hear clear instructions. Not on the same level as other starbucks outlets, I'm afraid.

β β β β β Been there on 15/03/2022 around 9pm. As usual, food quality was okay. But this time, the staff attitude was not like other branches that I've been. I was a little bit disappointed with their staff service. There was no customer q in d line when I reach there.
For me, the staff was quite 'rude' bcoz when SHE talk to me, SHE didn't look at me (supposed they should look at customer face n gv a smile) "Boleh ambil makanan di sana, ya!" She just point her finger. And when I went there, Got one staff (boy), I asked where's my food? He just look down n didn't answered my question. Very bad attitude!
Omg, they treat me, like I'm a stupid person. Looking for my order here and there. Hello.. I paid for my food and I didn't come there to 'minta sedekah' .

β β β β β It has been so many times happened to me and today is out of control. Usually I will order starbucks from foodpanda. I ordered menu that available and received only 1 thing because the rest is out of stock. And I had to wait 14 days until my money refunded. Why you cannot update what is not available in the system?? So people shouldnβt wait. I would like to highlight about today also. I ordered for my green tea frap and 2 meals and I received a coffee!! Foodpanda had to cancel my order and I have to reorder again. And guess what? I received matcha and they forgot to include my other 2 meals which 1 is not in stock and another 1 they frgot to put in my bag. So the rider from foodpanda had to return and came back to fulfill my orders. Thanks to him. Please improve your service branch in giant kelana jaya. Very2 careless. Foodpanda was trying to reach them but no response! I was ordering almond milk green tea frap. They charged more for it because i chose almond milk. But then I only received matcha plain like this. Very2 frustrated
