When I do get my food, all soggy.
Terrible
Came here for the second time on16May 2022.
Service is worst, slower and total rubbish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad! Lambat giler makanan sampai, staff tak pay attention kt customer. Customer meja lain pun banyak tak received makanan. And the food & drinks mostly not available!!!!!!! Plus the foods serve cold!!!!! This is the first and last i come. ????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for Sushi Bonanza. Only 2 staff working sorting customer’s seatings & orders: massively understaffed. Sushis that I wanted wasn’t on the belt thus I called one of them to order, to which they replied (with unpleasant tone of voice) that I just have to wait for the sushis to come up at the conveyer belt, which after 20-25minutes never came. I left feeling frustrated because it’s the last day of the bonanza. Please do better next bonanza, you should know by now customer’s favourite items on the menu. Disappointed is an understatement!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have come before. Staff can be nice. But few tables and despite one table suitable for the 4 of us staff just walked past us without saying anything. You have to ask to get a response. I prefer the food at other outlets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The portions is very small, not much can choose because they dont have, event the twist sushi also dont hv much and Is still early 19:30, service is also bad, the waitress order food also can wrong, and wait for so long for my correct order. I m very upset of their service.
