★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is sucks. Not friendly to not Malaysian tenants. I started to live here since March they haven't refunded my deposit yet which I deposited for internet connection installment. There was already a installment but they forced to reinstall it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT book Swiss Garden Residence using SS Suites in Booking.com. I did this and to my surprise, the suite which I was given was SO different than the one pictured in booking.com! The suite I was given was old and dirty, previous guests' mess had not been cleaned, and no amenities provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lobby is simple, clean & the background wall of the customer service is full of Shanghai feel ?
Room: Besides 2 bedrooms with individual washrooms, the unit has a kitchen area & a dining+living room area. The overall environment is clean & cosy to stay in. I like the bathroom with a nice view where I can see the Merdeka PNB118, the world's fifth tallest building. ?
Services: The customer service is excellent & fast. As I switch on the TV for watching late at night around 11pm, I noticed that the remote is not functioning. Therefore we called for a complaint & within just half an hour, the staff came with another remote to exchange for the malfunction one.
Location: This place is really convenient for either walking to Jalan Alor within few minutes or reaching the shopping mall pavilion. Really a good choice for staying at the heart of Bukit Bintang.
After the MCO, to decrease contact with customer, there is no more room service during the stay. Besides during the stay, a limited time QR code will be whatsapp to customer for accessing to the lift to reach level 7 & above. Without the QR code, public can only visit until level 6. Therefore, this makes the stay here quite secured & convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good accommodation for residence as well as for guests and visitors. The hotel situated at the centre of Kuala Lumpur the capital of Malaysia. There are ample parking bays. The receptionists are very polite and friendly. The house-keepers are very polite and can solve our difficulties promptly. The bedroom is very convenient with Queen bed and with additional settee. There are large TV with good channels, coffee and tea-making, iron, etc. The swimming pool is large and separated for adults and children, situated at level 6, with good views for surrounding KL. The gymnasium have many facilities for various exercises.
