★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credits to be given to FWD Takaful for taking time to look into my HSBC Amanah Takaful file that I have previously requested HSBC to help me to check cause i needed to know what happened to the file (It was too long already).
HSBC took almost 2 months and didn't give me any answer or update with the reason of we have to study your file. Honestly speaking my request is not that compilicated.
Thank you to Jason Teow of FWD Takaful for handling my request with such great professionalism and great follow up. At least i get a closure on what i wanted to know and he only took 3 days..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the 9th of December, I have submitted my husband's death certificate to one of the staffs of HSBC, at the Bukit Bintang branch. As promised by the said staff, she will forward the certificate to FWD Takaful. Two weeks since then, I have contacted the customer service of FWD to follow-up with the current status, and was told they were not informed about it. I'm really disappointed with the efficiency and sincerity of the staff, as she made a promise to me, and as a customer to HSBC, I gave her my trust.
Nevertheless, I have made the effort to visit FWD Takaful's HQ to submit the death certificate personally. Both Ms. Praba and Mr. Chew have assisted me well and I'm pleased with their professionalism as well as their sincerity in helping me.
