★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the better kwaytiaokia in jb if you like it more mild. place can get crowded during lunch hours and there's not a lot of parking nearby, be prepared to walk to get to the place but pricing is reasonable and they are able to serve quite fast as long you can get a table

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the famous place for kuey teow kia (braised pork with wide rice noodle in herbal and soy sauce soup).
We have tried most of the kuey teow kia in Johor Bahru and this stall's soup is the sweetest among all. Due to the soy sauce ingredient, all kuey teow kia have sweetness in it and it all depend on each restaurant's recipe and use of soy sauce. Some kuey teow kia has light sweetness with more salty taste.
The stall is located underneath a big tree, as such it is not as hot. But please be prepared as the roof is a single layer of metal and it still can be relatively hot.
The price is reasonable, again it is a stall underneath a big tree, no heavy rental to let the customer to bear the cost. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best kuey tiao kia places around that you can have for breakfast and lunch that is also affordable. However, do take note that there will be stray cats that roam the area as it is really situated outdoors and under a big tree. There may occasionally be a monkey that appears as well but the owners are quite adept in chasing it away.

The herbal fragrance of the soup is so rich !❤️ The intestine is very clean doesn't have any funny taste and love the texture! The stomach also slice into a good thickness, very easy to chew on. The chilli sauce definitely is a plus point! Definitely will go back soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled upon this stall while I was looking on where to eat for lunch while I was omw to Danga Bay. Decided to go for this and omgosh, the one hour wait was worth it ??? food was good and reasonably priced. Plus, the boss as well as staff were very courteous and nice. Guess this place are popular among the locals/neighbourhood nearby. Parking is alright but the place might get crowded from 11am-12.30pm. Crowd died down at around 1pm. RM44 for the food we ordered as shown in pic (also ordered an extra bowl of 粿条仔 and 瘦肉, not in pic). Will definitely want to visit this place again if I have the chance :)
