Doctor is very professional and good explaning.
Very GOOD SOP in their shop.
Lastly, price is affordable
Went for urgent cases , staff and doctor willing to insert a slot for my cat.

Service was top-notch; I like the 'no contact' communication you have with the veterinarians through the screen. The vets themselves are very informative too. They not only provide basic treatment; neutering and vaccination services are also available. They also sell equipments like carriers to fulfill your pet's needs. A very nice place, to say the least. I like to bring my cats here.

Thank you for the kind soft touch. Called their number as advert in Google at 3:15pm got in appointment 4:30pm. Everything were so smooth. Doctors were soft and can clearly see they are cat lovers, staffs were all friendly.
Pricing very very affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bring my cat here twice for deworm and vaccination. Affordable price, doctor is informative, appointment booking is easy, and the procedure is quite fast. The latest SOP process is quite good, the pet owners are not allowed to go to the room but we're connected via video call.
