★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people who serves are kind and considerate especially when you ask politely and honestly. Service is so good that you do not feel bad for being hooked on tobacco. Choices are wide and they could almost satisfy everyone with their own budgets. This is very helpful in this financial and economic climate. Need I say more?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had extra time to burn so decided to smoke cigar here. As an avid cigar smoker their selection is very good and wide for cuban. I have tried 95% of all cuban label. So i decided to try dominican. Staff advice me of a certain dominican cigar with no label considering it is light. He assured me that all the cigars inside the walk in humidor are hand made even the dominican (i doubt so, dominican cigars are dirt cheap). But its ok i tried anyway.
Taste wise,yea as expected. horrible but not harsh. So after finish, staff asked me how was it, i said its horrible and regret buying but not trying it. Also i mentioned the cigar i tried was machine roll not hand. He told me,OH YES DOMINICAN CIGAR ARE MACHINE MADE.
I mentioned to him that he said all the cigar inside the walk-in humidor are hand made. Very conveniently he said oh i may have mentioned wrongly.
Funny how people want to make sales but did not honour their words after that.
But its ok, i wanted to try anyway while I have doubt its handmade anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drop in during recent afternoon. I didn't really had a good experience. The shop assistant could only speak malay and it makes communication difficult. The walk in humidor was messy. I saw some of the cigars in a dismay state mixing with good ones. Lost my confidence about the state of cigars.I was unable to communicate on my cigar needs and how to find the cigars I want.
