★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried the Raya Rose package with mask. Honestly i feel like the mask did nothing. They just scrub and put some scrub on my hands and later put it on a hot smitten. The hand smitten was not hot at all. So i felt like they just wrap my hands on plastic. But if you want to feel pampered than go a head. ? In term of shaping for me just okay. For RM210 that i paid. I feel like it should be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment, only to be told to wait for around 20 minutes after they had already postponed the initial time I booked with them for 30 minutes. The nail tech was rude, and yanked my hand when she worked on it (cannot remember her name, she’s a Chinese lady in her late 30’s or early 40’s). Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, it was my first experience of pedicure. I could not comment whether it was good or not. What I must say it, it was so hastily done. The worker buat kerja ala kadar & it was also overprice. For basic pedicure (foot soaked, scrub & callus trimmer), I paid +-RM80. They offered me whether I want to buy or not (if want need to pay another RM15). I survey another nail saloon and the range of price is usually RM40-70, but I was charged RM80 with ala kadar service?! Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my first time here in The Nail Parlour, I've had countless manicure session at other saloon. I tried their Moroccan Argan Oil Spa Manicure since it's currently on promotion for RM65 without the mask and add on RM15 for buffing.
Here you have to pay first before starting the manicure session. They have few payment options such as card, Boost and Touch n Go e Wallet. My manicurist, Lailee is superb in doing her job. She give proper advice such as not to do buffing frequently (recommended once every 2-3 months only). And she also suggested for me to choose square shape for my nails instead of round because I want to have it short.
I also inquired about other pricing which I cannot find anywhere through the social media or their website. Express manicure will cost RM30 (including colour) while include buffing will cost RM35. If you want to cut nails only, RM20 and if want to buff nails only, RM15.
Overall, I have good experience here. Will come again in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a pedicure and manicure session for the first time of my life. Great experience, was attended by Lailee. She has warm personality, and even an introvert person like me doesn't feels awkward during the whole session. Definitely gonna come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my classic manicure no mask add on buffing totalling me rm80. I love the works very satisfied will come again soon. But the sitting is not really comfortable and I need to stretch my arms for the nail lady to do the work. Hope can improvise. Tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a basic manicure for RM80 (RM65 basic manicure + RM15 buffing). The session was very quick, it settled in around 30-40 mins only. Even though the session was quick, but the result was splendid! (Refer photos) After the manicure they did a simple hand massage using some honey and argan oil, and wash the hands using warm towel. It was very nice. Randomly found this salon while wandering in IOI and I'm glad I went for the session ? so satisfied with how my nails look now!
