★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was living there for two years and below are my conclusions:
Positive points: units are big with terraces, area is great with many parks, restaurants and supermarkets. Its next to Mrt. Parking lots are huge
Negative points: This condo is tricky and you have to be careful because there are many good units and many bad units. The condos have a very thin windows in the bedrooms so the units facing MRT and highway are super noisy, impossible to sleep if you are sensitive to noisy. The ones facing the park are great except the corner facing the mrt since the bedrooms are still facing the mrt and are too noisy. The condo have corner units and middle units, the middle units bedrooms are too dark. Also the middle bedroom units are too smelly if you cook since the kitchen does not face any terrace and there are no pipes and machine to extract the smoke outside.
