★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked their Premier Two Bedroom room for 5 adults and 4 kids (3D2N), and it was very comfortable! Complete with kitchen utensils, plates and glasses, microwave, iron and washing machine. However, do remember to bring your own detergent. Cooking is allowed, just ask the staffs for pans and they will provide ? Pool is quite small however the view is worth it ?⛵ We also called for housekeeping to help clean a little bit during Day 2 and they were very helpful ?? Environment wise, it's very calm so it's suitable for relaxing. You can bring kids nearby the deck for recreation too! ?? Overall, I'm satisfied staying here. Thanks a lot for hosting us, Trinidad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inconvenient , we stay opposite block have to crossed a bridge and change another elevator to the other block..
9am plus breakfastf left no more food, yes not even bread nor fruits nor an single egg.
Concierge staff is helpful , no bellboy services. Doesn't worth the price,
perhaps its peak season but definitely we won't go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were 6 of us and we had requested 3BR unit but was not available. We were given 2BR unit and it was acceptable (we managed to accommodate ourselves accordingly to the space). Unit was spacious and balcony view was superb.
Unfortunately, these are the setback during our stay.
- 4 towels were provided instead of 6
- no telephone in unit
- toiletries and bath towels, bottled mineral water were enough/provided for 4
- no face nor hand towels
- no fork available in kitchen/pantry
- shower area was clogged
- room slippers were made of paper
- very LIMITED TV channels (less than 4 program channels). Normal flat screen TV set (not smart tv). NO cable channels available.
- carpark lots are OPEN for NON hotel guests
- (EPIC DISAPPOINTMENT) breakfast started from 7.30-10.30am but by 9.20 all food are GONE, chafing trays are empty and staff on duty were not bothered to replenish the buffet spread. Tables were left with dirty plates and were not cleared immediately after Guests completed their breakfast (left). We had waited 15mins for the food to be replenish but NONE was done. We left without our paid breakfast!
- Room Housekeeper was not available at corridor in the morning (whole day)

Breakfast included. 2 LEGOLAND & SEA LIFE tickets per night. RM443
Check in around 9pm and taking sometime, However no Legoland ticket given due to insufficient tickets available. Then I come back on the next morning, still the Legoland ticket still not available and I been waited for more than 10 mins. The studio executive room is very spacious, however the corridor of the floor very dusty and very mess up. The room floor also quite dusty. The room fully furnished with fridge, toaster, microwave oven, utensils and etc. The bathroom not bad and quite bright, however the water pressure can be improved. But there is no any housekeeping during our stays for 2 nights. The swimming pool is good and about 1.1 M depth. To access room, you will need a room card to operate the lift. The receptionist did not inform me anything on the parking on the access and I need to walk and search it. The weakness should be the breakfast is very limited choices and even though nasi lemak without any egg provided and can ignore and forget to take breakfast for the next staying guests. Additional breakfast is RM12.72 per kid. by 9am. the food running out and guests have no food but waiting.Show

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is friendly, location is also not bad. But the building itself not really well maintained. Not sure if this is the common problems here when majority owner not agree to make payment for repairing the common area. The tiles have came out like just had an earthquake.

Only 1 lift was working.
Room was spacious room but finished was really bad. No hair dryer and coffee tea in my room.
I asked for extra bed, blanket, pillow and even ttowel all runs out.
Swimming pool- under supply of swimming pool towels, called and no answer from the house keeping and reception.
Breakfast - too crowded, under supply of foods and seating area.. I feel like I'm in the coffee shop need to stand beside the table and waiting for seat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like it here. The room is spacious and clean. the price is really affordable too. The swimming pool view is superb. Facing puteri Harbor overlooking the yachts docked at the marina. But maybe the hotel can improve on:
1. Toilet at the swimming pool is locked.
2. No towels is provided at the swimming pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It doesn't matter if you're single, a couple or with family (4-5 person), this place is the best choice for you!
I would like to shout out to 2 most friendly receptionists (a Malay girl and an Indian guy) we've met during our stay at there 5-6 June 2022!! Super friendly, informative & full of professional courtesy in handling our queries! One of the best service a guest obliged to have.
Room? This is not the small cramped room you've got in mind, dear. The room lounge is spacious, clean and got a mini kitchen for you to indulge own quick self-cooking. Bathroom shine brightly and clear off the dust too! The appliances inside work well. The cupboards and bedroom, my descriptions won't even do justice to them here.
The place become alive starting evening till midnight. Great activities and place to chill for all layers of generation. The electric scooter ride, water balloon plays, relaxing walk by the harbour, definitely a place to stay and relax. Not forgetting the good product and service from MANA Cafe just down below near a little bit further than the lobby.
Overall, i definitely will come again to this place for my next Trip! Hopefully my review here may help fellow travellers who are searching for a place to stay there.
