β β β β β Very very bad first dine in experience here for motherβs day. The shop was fully occupied and they definitely canβt cope with this amount of crowd. Food took 30mins -1 hour to serve, some dishes are overly sweet or tasteless. Cutlery, wasabi, sauce plate, need to be requested and take very long to be given. Worst of all they do not have salmon by the time I dined in which is around 8pm! Will NOT come again and do not recommend anyone to come!

β β β β β Affordable range , good environment , not very expensive but good food quality , but staff a bit slow in service at first maybe it's after lunch hour , cause our table has no soy sauce , they were not very alert until we pick up from other table , the refill green tea service is fast appreciate it alot . Will come back soon .

β β β β β Having dinner here, there is a lot of choices and most important is their food taste is really nice. Service also not bad, and it's quite spacious. I highly recommend their rice burger, it's really unique.

β β β β β With this price, I probably cannot complain much. The food is not as tasty as other sushi restaurants. The tamago and unagi are quite thinly sliced.

β β β β β This Japanese restaurant has a nice ambience, and the layout made it easy for anyone to grab a sushi plate from wherever they are seating. Menu is extensive, but most importantly we found the pricing really affordable and competitive. Tastewise the food was not bad for us, as we tried a few of their dishes. Overall service was fast and good. Can't understand why some gave this place just 1 star. ?

β β β β β Sushi rice sticky and not of nice quality, poor service. Soba is not fresh and its in broken strands. The sauce is lukewarm instead of cold. We ordered one salmon sushi and the waiter mentioned we needed to order 2 set (4) because they have little customer and need to balance out the salmon. So it's either i order 2 set (4) or don't order? So rubbish. Also the worker of this establishment is cleaning the aircon during dinner service and you can see there are food on the tracks but he open the aircon with all the dust. Horrible experience, first time and never coming back

β β β β β Honestly, this place in SEA Park was a a total failed dining experience. I don't understand why they want to do Japanese when they can't get it right. Becareful of the rotating sushi if you come for dinner, cause the lunch time plates are still there.
I ordered the so-called safest dish (Curry noodles) to try since my first time and that too can go wrong. The taste was totally out, and when I informed the Malay staff there, and she just said "oooh" and went back to the counter. Not even an apology, question, nothing. Even when I was paying. So much for staff training.
The side dish of tamago (egg) was probably the only dish that was edible. The other ramen noodle was also no better, taste totally out. And the noodles for both dishes was way overcooked. Which of course, I highlighted and no action or response taken.
I seriously doubt this palce and its future, and if the owners don't do anything, then, I'm really sorry. If you see got customers, it means they have probably never been to Japan or eaten real authentic Japanese food. To be very honest, even the quick meals from Aeon (Jusco) taste much better than here.
I'm really sorry, but this is my honest opinion for the review. If your staff or manager had rectified the problem, then things would be different, including this review. I hope the management will really look into this rather than just want to be boss only. There's too many people nowadays, got money but no passion.
