★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, dont allow voucher to be used during CNY even though it's a gift and not at promo price, make appointment ask for your phone number but never call to remind you, they use a bunch of foreign workers to do the job when theres a salon nearby that hire all locals and do a great job, overprice, did I mention the klcc branch is way more expensive to milk tourist, horrible, please don't visit this place, their nail art is subpar at best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service level doesn't live up to the price charged. If u r planning pay a full price rm260 (pedi mani without masue)..and expecting to be a premium one?..pls think twice.
The service is one of the worst i ever experienced...rough work, rough skill, rushing, rude.
Pls review your service level, customer has an expectation with this price point.

You can check with the staffs which one is more suitable for your needs. If you are a first timer, you get a 50% off on both manicure and pedicure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the liberty to make appointment day prior, mani pedi for 2 - myself and my teenage daughter. Am OK that they moved us to The Nail Parlour next door, apparently both are run by the same management. Am not OK though that they processed us one after the other, causing us to spend time here twice as long.
Workmanship of the mani pedi is so - so. The experience throughout was disappointing for me coz the whole time they did my daughter's mani pedi, I was just sitting there with my feet soaked the whole time. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been visit Waxalon MV KL last week, Hlaing is the one who serve me.
I love her professional skill in waxing and she is so sweet.
Perhaps, she was not MV outlet staff and she was just replace her friends that day due to lack of manpower in MV KL outlet.
I hope that, we will meet up soon.??????????
