β β β β β This is my second visit to Zeiss Vision Center (this time at Mid Valley)The first time was Duta Center near Bangsar. The staff at the centres are definitely very well trained and knowledgeable in their field of studies and conducted the eye examination very competently and professionally. I would definitely recommend any one with eye problems to visit the Centre.

β β β β β Me and my husband bought 2 pairs of couple frame here and the experiences were really great! Ms.Nazira who assisted me was very polite and explained things throughly. Some more, we get lifetime free adjustment and cleaning too! It worth the price and value! ???

Had a thorough eye and vision check by Nazira using the latest and sophisticated testing technology. Her explanations were detailed and easy to understand. I'm happy and satisfied with my Zeiss lenses as they fit perfectly. Impressive customer service and highly recommended.

β β β β β The services provided by center from 1st visit to follow-up after collection of my spectacle have been good & professional by Jacqueline & her assistant. The eye test conducted even though lengthy but detailed & thorough. In addition, Jacqueline has been professional & knowledgeable in her explanation in the eye test up to the suitability of choosing the frame & lenses. I am also happy the promptness of getting my spectacles ready as per timeline indicated.

β β β β β Super great service from Jac! Very informative and brought me through the process to get RGP lenses. Took time to test the different RGP lenses on my eyes. Didnβt even know that RGP lenses have 2 different colour. She also took the effort to get the lenβs solution and cleaner upon my collection so I donβt need to go purchase it. Iβd highly recommend everyone to get their RGP Lenβs from ZEISS vision at The Gardens mall! 10 out of 10. ?

β β β β β Super satisfied with the amazing service provided by both Jacquline & Nazira! Had my lenses changed and fixed by Nazira. She took her time to explain and guide me through everything step by step. Very knowledgeable and professional! I was shocked when my previous optical store prescribe the wrong power for me!! Thankfully Zeiss helped me and walk me through everything. Overall 10/10 experience! Highly recommended! Best optical store in town for sure!
