A private chalet owned by a 3rd party although under the same Lexis building, thus does not come with free breakfast.
Checked in with less than half of toilet roll and 3 pcs of facial tissue for a family of 4. Clearly it was not replenished after previous check out.
Hospitality services such as room clean up, towel & toiletries replenish only upon request as compared to daily cleanups.
Of course we requested for it as we were told it'll be done between 1pm to 3pm. We adjourned to our plans hoping to come back to a clean room but nothing was made. Waited nearly 45mins to an hour for clean up to arrive, and it happened while we were all in our room.
Poor service all in all. Would not come back here, nor would I recommend if you're looking for a hassle free holiday where your service is met for the money you paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family of 6 had a great 1 night stay here . Ms Nanda and her team were super friendly and quick in responding to our requests ! Simple toiletries (bathing items only) , instant beverages, extra mattress (upon request only ) were provided . Super nice view from our chalet , can walk around the area and explore gazebos ( sunset point ) that has even nicer views and also to take nice pictures. There’s a beach adjacent to the chalet , just have to walk out and tadaa it’s there.It’s much calmer and quieter compared to the other beaches nearby,maybe that is because we’re a little far from the main happening part of port dickson?. Anyway , plenty of seafood restaurants and gerai’s around so just have to drive out a little (2-3 mins drive) and food is super duper cheap compared to KL given the infamous hotel /tourist spots around. I had my lunch at Lucky King Bun (10-15 mins drive away) , dinner at Hao Kee Seafood Restaurant(2-3 mins drive) ,breakfast from random gerai and Indian restaurant (2-3 mins away) where we packed our food(Nasi lemak ,roti canai , thosai ) and ate in our room balcony with ocean view .I made my booking at the hotel website itself since it was way cheaper compared to other OTA’s, so my advice would be to do thorough research on all platforms before placing your booking . 5/5 shooting stars for Alexis Private Water Chalet , definitely coming back !
Ps:Just don’t be confused with the grand Lexis chalet rooms (which is kind of mixed up with the private chalets ) , they are slightly more expensive and comes with lot more perks ( room services , buggy , breakfast and etc ) whilst this private chalet provides none but just room only which explains the price . If you are looking for a place with awesome view but with budget ,travelling in a big group (4-7 pax) and loves exploring other yummy food options outside hotel ,then this place is for you !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is clean and quite big for a water chalet. We got room 235, facing seaview which is gorgeous. An enjoyable stay for my family of five. Thanks to the great hospitality by the lovely Miss Nandha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service from arrival to departure. I particularly thank to Ms Nandha, (The PIC). What a gracious and knowledgeable hostess. She gave us a room with fantastic sea view, room is comfortable, gorgeous pool areas, plus there is a delicious food at Cafe. Our overall impression was very good and we will definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room does not only have balcony with great seaview, but also have interior glass screen on the floor. The glass screens enable us to see the sea water & other sea creatures underneath. Room is quite spacious which can accomodate max of five members. The open balcony is just so inviting to those who love fishing. However some part of the enterior walls really need thorough scrubbing due to old dirty stains. Other ammenities provided including toiletteries, microwave, electric kettles, 3 in 1 beverages & surprisingly instant noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to chillout with family, better than hotel rooms. If you're lucky, you may get those units with open sea/beach views, rather than facing other units. Just too bad that the swimming pool (shared with hotel occupants) is now operating on a very short hours so it got really crowded with kids - no way adults can go for their zen-swims.
