★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my third times here. I ordered mee rebus for two times and this time around i ordered mee goreng muthu. Mee rebus was really good! Super tasty. Mee goreng muthu was tasty! My friend ordered mee soto, she like the soto as well. All i can say, i will definitely visit this place again.
Tip for first timer: kindly choose your table 1st, then remember your table number, next, go to cashier counter, let the cashier know that you want to dine in, give your table number and then the cashier will give u a QR code. Scan the code at your table with your friends and click on the digital menu. Click submit, then just wait for your food to come.

1) implement e ordering system but NO clear instructions given anywhere in the shop. Sit and waited till was given QR Code.
2) with more than 30 tables, only hired 3 floor staff + cashier. Understand is high cost to run but owner come out and don't stay comfortable inside TtDI house lo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible. DO NOT EAT HERE. My 2 colleagues and I came on a typical weekday, relatively nobody, yet the service was so slow. Only the nasi lemak was fast, but anything else that isn't precooked will take forever. Colleague waited 25 minutes and after enquiring for the third time, the wait staff just said "oh today a bit slow cause only got 1 chef. You order nasi lemak la cause that one no need to cook". No apology, only just "sekejap ya" each time we enquired.
TLDR: Terrible service staff who couldn't be bothered, bad attitude, bad manpower management, and food mas mediocre. AVOID and go to other better places in ioi city mall.

Food ordered taking days to be served, until I make a complain, finally served. BUT wrong meal, not the one I ordered. a lot staffs, not sure what the **** they are doing. Just walking up and down the restaurant & the restaurant is not crowd. Staffs here 366 days on fasting(puasa), no energy to work.
The food taste was average despite with the extremely poor service.
Advise to management, please relook training your staff or else you are chasing your customers away.
Don't just simply hire staff just for the sake filling your restaurant emptiness. Customer is visible, we are not COVID virus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must visit this shop if you ever dropped by to ioi city mall nasi lemak is above average and must try sambal is very delicious asam laksa soup is boiled with fresh herbs and taste good drinks are just so so a little pricy but value for money used to be very crowded

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually in terms of the taste of food is good. Only their service is bad especially this time my wife and I need to cancel our drinks.
Reason:
1. Our food already arrived and we are almost finish but our drink still not serving to us yet.
2. I have informed the waiter and apparently nothing happen.
3. The worst that we saw our drinks ready and at the counter but there were two kitchen helper and staff preparing drink were talking each other and our drink are in between their both. Haha...they also pull down their mask to talk in front of out drink. Saliva ???.
I could lodge report to health ministry of not following SOP.
