★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible wait times. The last straw was when we had to wait hours longer than we had to due to a clerical oversight. We would've been there forever if we didn't insist the staff to check. That's hours we'll never get back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My grandma had pulmonary edema and needed urgent care. Dr Billy Yeoh and the emergency team was super awesome. Reached my house in a noticeably short time and gave excellent care to my grandma. The team was very responsive, helpful, and came prepared for all situations. Dr had exceptionally good bedside manners and took his time to explain to my family the situation and the next steps. We felt calm and assured that they would take excellent care of my grandma. Bravo to the emergency team from Bagan Specialist Centre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Andrew Chin ENT specialist, he is the worst doctor I have ever seen. I went to see him because of my ear problem, he checked on me for just 5mins. My problem is not solved but I was overcharged. RM282 without medicines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service & overpriced. The admission staff was so rude & incompetent. They charge me RM320 for my daughter pcr test (outside RM100+ only) . Then they want to charge RM90 for my wife rtk test. Damn you can buy rtk kit less than 10 ringgit at pharmacy. At last I refused admission & we go back. Terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During visiting hours people waiting outside area are no air condition very hot need to improve if the hospital want people to feel more comfortable..because some there are family members with a small kid and some elders .. alsi there is not enough bench to sit.....this is from my point of view and have potential to improve...we understand that hospital need to follow the SOP but please consider

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor I met was really nice but the people at the registration office was so rude. Especially the girl at counter no 8 who was working on 6 March. Not competent and no professionalism at all. She treat us like we are poor people who cannot afford to be admitted just because we told her we are using company's gl. Please be nice to people because we dont know what other people is going through. Hopefully the management can take action on this matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unusually slow service for a private hospital with sufficient resources.
The waiting time for specialist clinic too is unbelievably long, it's >2 hours type of waiting time. (Note; please get the writing tablet for your specialist for they don't have to spend so much time drawing the assessment using mouse!)
Always out of hand sanitizer, washrooms are majority dirty with no tissue.
The front office made a mistake not registering me for insurance, I have to wait another 2 hours at cashier to get confirmation from front office on my status.
