Special thanks to the staffs in ICU and the17th floor for their kind and friendly care. Finally to Dr Rajesh Shah and Dr Hafiz you are the best. ❀️?

I got an appointment today on March 7 with gynecologist but was not informed that the doctor was not there. At the registration counter only get the info. Had to call again on March 18 to make a new appointment ? I had to take time off for today visiting, hard to find parking and also pay the parking ticket even a few mimutes and this has waste of my time. Great hospital but poor service ?

Don't waste patient's times with forcing us to do the unnecessary PCR test! KKM now is no longer enforcing the PCR test for the border crossing!! Your hospital practice had confusing me with the Antigen and the PCR test while doing the admission!! In fact, the confusion of Antigen or PCR test had delayed my admission for almost 3hrs! My son nearly missed his dinner time! During my son admissions, I had to voice up my tone in the front desk counter to get the admission process done immediately after 3 hrs waiting for the non PCR test results???? What a joke of the Day??? At last my son was charged with Antigen test but for my day care of admission was charged with the PCR test ? Why is there so different standard you applied in the hospital practice????? Take notes here my day care is done in May 2022 which the border has opened while my son admissions was in the June 2022. I am going to report this double standard issue to KKM regards your hospital simply is applying the different standard of covid test to the different patient . Lastly I will be reporting this issue to the consumer tribunal protection regards the sudden huge profits of making on the covid test in your hospital which happened on me.

5 star service, indeed. From the registration up to the discharge, I felt like I was staying in a hotel instead of a hospital. Spanking clean place, quiet, spacious rooms, great facilities and even the food tasted so good. I had to accompany my 2 kids who were admitted and I have nothing but good memories despite the stressful time waiting for my kids to recover. Dr Khamini (Pediatrician) is professional and accurately diagnosed my kids and managed accordingly.

Worst emergency department service. My wife and I are Drs. Went there with my wife on 23/5/22. She’s in her early pregnancy. Nausea and vomiting with severe epigastric pain. Went in registered and then she was taken into the treatment room. I was told to wait outside. There were literally no patients at the waiting area. Was waiting for about an hour but there was no update on what’s happening inside. Later on I went in the room with a courtesy of one of the nurses there (thank you so much, couldn’t get her name at that moment), I was surprised to see my wife was there lying down with drips on. The first thing she told me was, I want to go to another hospital. The staff here are not at all helpful and on top of it the Doctor was sarcastic. Dr Ben. He was more curious on the where will be following up rather then treating her symptoms. We weren’t interfering in his management at all, we just wanted a proper form of communication. Then I refused further treatment or management and requested to leave. The payment was another issue. The counter wasn’t open till 8.30am. Which was one hour more from the time we were there. To be honest Penang GH gave us a much better treatment. Despite their ED is way more loaded.

Amazing experience, waited for 1 hour for 5 people to get registered and another hour for 6 people to pay money. 2 Hours of waiting for jobs that could have been done in 1. Some staff members are quick, while others? Take 10 minutes to fill in a patient's basic credentials.

Had a surgery done there about 5 days back. The nurses at 17th floor,and the Dr's clinic were great, even though they look young but they knew what they were doing, full of passion in their job and made me feel very comfortable. Keep up the good job. The only set back was at the ct scan dept a few days before surgery. They should be more caring and learn how to spend a few minutes explaining to the patient what to expect after the procedure. Comparing this hospital to another private hospital that I was in a year back in penang. I will say this was heaven compared to the hell I went through. Overall , I will give this hospital, the Dr's and nurses a 5 star. Thank you

In term treatment I would give 5 stars! I came 8.30am and doctor serve me at 1pm! The most hated part at "Cashier & Pharmacy" It took 2 hours to make payment and get medicine ! Eventhough have 5 cashier counter but work progress SLOW! hope management could take necessary action to over come this!
