★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi there, I made a purchase of the serum corrector from bobbi brown kiosk in ioi city mall and I was swatched to a colour that looked right in the store lighting. Once I got home, I noticed that the colour is too light so I went back to the store and was swatched to another colour which looked correct under the store lighting. I decided to give this swatch another try first instead of going back to the store.
After 2 tries of this swatch which is too orange, I decided to go back to the kiosk in ioi city mall.
To my disappointment, the sales girls Vivian and Farah Atikah informed me that parkson only allow a maximum of 1 time of product exchange. But this isn't mentioned on the receipt at all.
The receipt only says to return the product within 7 days of purchase except electrical items.
I've love bobbi brown products and have always been a constant buyer of bobbi brown products but this is a disappointment.
The sales girl Vivian and Farah Atikah never bother to inform me regarding this.
For I know both of these girls could be lying because the receipt never mention about the maximum number of times an exchange is allowed.
