β β β β β Most of the people there has bad customer service. No common sense. So unhelpful and totally unaware of their procedures. Two different people gave me two different instructions for the same process which i ask them to clarify. They are not friendly at all as they keep dismissing me. Things that could be done less than 5 minutes (if they could help me ask that one person a simple question) become an hour bcause you have to go through at least 2 counters just to have them dismiss you and tell you to come another day.

β β β β β As a disabled user, I was happy to see that the street was genuinely user friendly with two handicap parking spots on the same road. The staff and security are extremely polite and friendly, and I was able to successfully complete opening a new account within a matter of minutes with all my questions asked.
I was extremely satisfied with my experience, and thankful for all of the staff for making me feel welcomed. Excellent!

β β β β β 2 stars are for quick waiting time for ASB matters. However, bank teller at the counter was not helpful at all. They made fun at me for misreading my statement rather than offering to provide an exact balance.

β β β β β With rising covid cases, renewing expiring debit card will still require your physical presence at their branch. No digitalisation. Operation time till 1pm only. Their website stated till 3pm. Created alot of confusion. Staffs are friendly.

β β β β β Bad experience at CIMB Bank outside been waiting in line for an 1/2 hour and basking in the sun still hasn't arrived yet , you know it's hot ?!

β β β β β Simple matters like checking balance of house loan they will refer you to CIMB ss15 or Empire. So basically this branch is good for ATM banking only. Not helpful at all.

β β β β β There is one Chinese lady there at the ground floor who is efficient and pretty much gets everything in the office done. The rest of the staff are just borderline senile. You'd probably get nothing done and spend 3 hours in this bank. What a waste of resources when the banks pretty much have all the money, and can't even try to provide a semi-decent customer experience. Trash.
