staff no check the return cheque before answer customer and make us go to HQ without getting any result come back then they told us different things in 1 day we travel 3 time from This branch go HQ branch then we come back this branch find answer. Why they cant check and tell us directly and still want us to email them ? This mean ask me go wait and wait and continue wait until when they want to settle then only settle. Last we force them then only they check the cheque is postage out to house address. Sad to say wasting half day of our offday.

I came here today (1 Feb 2018) at 12.30pm sharp with an intention to open a basic saving Account in OCBC. It is my first time opening account with OCBC. After waited almost for 1 hour, around 1.20pm, my number being called to the counter. So Im telling them I want to open a saving account and they ask for my IC. With some registration, getting thumb print, and filling the form, took me almost to 2.30pm. Then suddenly, the staff told me I can't open my saving account here at USJ Taipan BECAUSE my address is in selayang, selangor. They say "bank policy", I must open at nearest branch from my house. HELLO, I COME THIS FAR BECAUSE YOUR BRANCH IS OPEN AND I JUST WANT TO OPEN A SAVING ACCOUNT NOW YOU TELL ME I CANT AFTER I WAITED FOR 2 HOURS?! They should told me once they received my IC and say to me I can't open my account here so that I wont wait for another hour. Different branch also cannot open now you tell me how "efficient" this is. I am so disappointed. OCBC, you might lose more good customer in future if your policy is like this. Please change

Horrible service, employees making up policies that don't exist. Long queues and bad attitude. This bank does not want your business and they shove that in your face very clearly.

Regret taking a loan from OCBC . They make it so easy to give out the loan but once I decided to settle the loan rejected my paper work so many times and made me visit the bank a few times . Utter nonsense from OCBC . Never had this issues with other bank

1st. Submitted a request 20 Nov and the next day I was asked to return due to my address number with "dashes" against my IC. They have taken all the photocopies earlier and made me go back for the bio data check again for their high school compliance championship contest. 2nd. And 7 days later, I was told the document that I signed need to be redone for unknown reason. In another word, nothing has been done in that 7 days. It is unbelievable level of service excellence!!!! Super kiasi compliance challenge which yield no result....!

Been here for about ten times since becoming their client in Nov 2017. Their premier banking centre has since in August 2019, moved from ground level to the first level accessible by a lift that represents a major upgrade from the previous claustrophobic experience typical of the previous location. Being a Singaporean bank, OCBC does offer a good vibe for customers who turn up for their over the counter banking needs. Their premier banking service, however, is a mixed bag. Overall rating: 3/5.

wow so much of low rating, I never had problems with them as long as you keep it at a savings account range managed online. The one thing I don't like though that if you mess up with the debit card pin number, its blocked forever and you need to change the card by walking in lol. Must be some security thing. Otherwise they're good and professional.

Very bad and outdated mindset bank. Bring all valid documents still officer say cannot and do not accept the documents. All documents are issued from high court and prepared by professional solicitor still the bank officer doesnt know anything about it and bad attitude towards customer. Very bad service and do not recommend this branch at all.
