★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good. At the centre of PD. Everything is near you..if you are fit enough can consider walking. However, seminar room provided is quite secluded and confusing with no signage and labelling to the location. And the aircond is not functioning well.

Access to shops and restaurants, bfast was decent.
Aircond had a minor issue, technicians came by quickly and fixed it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took the 3 bedroom loft suite. It was a duplex unit, 2 bedrooms below and 1 on first floor. Our unit was facing the sea so the view was spectacular. Cleanliness was acceptable. Location was the superb, as it was just right in front PD waterfront with the lots of eateries just within walking distance. They have a private beach as well (although a small one). However there was 2 letdowns: First was the service, I had to remind the reception several times about giving me the aircon controller with batteries, also a dustbin before they finally sent it to me. Secondly, the lift was really slow. Sometimes we had to wait for a few rounds before we could enter. Those 2 points could be improved, although we understand it was a peak season during raya holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nearby to the bayfront and they have a private beach. It has a pretty good sunset view. However, location wise it is pretty up north which is quite a distance from the attractions nearby. Compared to other hotels I have searched this one stands out more as it is new and cheap considering the amenities provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super clean and beautifully furnished, and good location.. booked a unit RM180/night (private unit not the hotel) and RM200 refundable deposit, and generally speaking, I was satisfied.
However, there are a few things need to improve to make me want to come again.
They need to clean under beds as well. Also since the chairs in the balcony are next to the aircond extension outside, it is too noisy and hot to stay there or keep the doors open, some isolating solutions can be helpful.
In addition they need to be a bit more flexible when it comes to changing the dates.
Also, they need to provide a responsive emergency contact 24/7 upon booking.
The next neighbor unit was very noisy while there is a common door in between us, so they need to do something as sound proof, and set penalties for violations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice fair ambiance with clean room and great seafront view however the facilities like gym and the pool should open from 7.00am through 7.00pm without break in between as nothing much can be done if both facilities are closed for break. Wonder why there’s break though. Furthermore the morning breakfast was fairly so so only. The half boiled eggs were more than 80% cooked already! Poorly done. Overall it was a good experience staying at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am staying at my own unit not operated by the Hotel. Nevertheless, I am happy that the management of the Hotel has kept the place acceptably clean. The swimming pool is a joy. The location of the Hotel is great. The PD Waterfront is just a walking distance away. Shops, restaurants and a shopping mall are also within walking distance. Try to avoid weekends because that is when it gets incredibly busy.
