★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience with her and not to be rude, but she is the worst gynaecologist that I ever visited. Never have I encountered a doctor that speaks in such a rude way to patients. Very unprofessional and pricey too, better just to go to specialist hospital. Keeps pushing to do unnecessary procedure just for easy money. Would rate negative stars if i could.

And also telling me I may have the big "C" based on looking at my scans and saying that my scans look similar with a previous patient and recommends I go for day care surgery to check further. Was also selling me her supplements which I later realized I can get it cheaper at a pharmacy. What caught my attention as well was how she berated her staff for accidentally taking her pen away from her desk in front of it which made me feel so uncomfortable.

Firstly, I understand that you're a gynae and you've met countless of patients going through maybe the same problems. But as patients, we don't know what a doctor knows. We need to understand CLEARLY, what's going on down there. Dr. Kim spoke to me in a way where I understood all the scientific terms. Please explain in layman terms.
Secondly, I was diagnosed wrongly even after doing a pap smear. I was prescribed medication that was for another problem. How do I know this? I got better yes, but not completely healed. Went to another gynae just to do another uncomfortable pap smear, and the results DIFFER. With this new gynae, I was properly treated. Price was 80% cheaper too. This brings me to my next point.
Third, unreasonably expensive. I went for a follow-up check. On my first time, I completely listened. 2nd time, I was more careful. Did ultrasound scan on both visits. Guess what? I was charged differently for both session, for the same ultrasound scan. The bill came out OTT. OVER THE TOP. Yeah, I would pay anything to get my health right. But I was still diagnosed wrongly??
Fourth, I even think the staff there are unhappy. I saw it in one of the medical student's eyes. Will not recommend this place to anyone, be it for health or work. Sorry, but not sorry :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was that special day for me and my wife when we found out that she was pregnant with our first child. We took the positive test result to Dr Kim and showed it to her. We then took her advice to do a pep-smear, which we later found out it was the wrong thing to do. I saw the pep-smear covered with my wife’s blood, and later Dr Kim advised us that pregnancy is 50/50 these days, my wife broke down next to me, and I was lost. There was very little comforting from Dr Kim, we went to the next room and my wife continued crying, Dr Kim came in the room, and I was thinking that she may comfort my wife, instead she came in with the bill for me to pay, with all the prescription drugs and services that cost quite much. I paid anyways and wanted to get out. We got second opinion, did not take a single thing she prescribed and engaged another doctor instead. We found out that there was nothing wrong with my wife, and we got a beautiful healthy baby at the end. Lesson learned, consider the reviews, and never consider a pep-smear when you are pregnant. My wife and I are really lucky that she did not get a miscarriage.
