★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully landscaped hotel in the middle of their magnificent 5 star Forest City Golf Course. Rooms are well designed with all the 5 star facilities.
Service standards need to be improved to get my 5 star rating. The welcome feeling upon our arrival was lacking, maybe because it's a big hotel but a warmer welcome for newly arrived guests would be appreciated.
F&B outlets are adequate but needs significant improvement all round to meet its desired high rating.

Large resort style pool.
Check-in could he improved, staff at the desk for you to initiate the conversation, as opposed to "hi, or "can I help you"
Only suitable if you have a car or are on a tour group.
Ample car parking.
Large modern rooms with a balcony.
Staff were not overly pleasant, however the atmosphere and location (remote and scenic) make up for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't call this a 5-Star hotel. It's more of a 4-star hotel. The rooms were nice and spacious and the balcony view was great. However, the floor was dirty. I had to call housekeeping to come vacuum and mop the floor in the room. When taking a bath in the bathtub, I realised it was super dusty in there. The hot water was inconsistent in the shower too, sometimes it would randomly turn cold for a few seconds. The pillows were too soft and provided no elevation for your head, they would just sink all the way. Almost as good as having no pillows! The food at the café was average. Their mushroom soup wasn't even mushroom soup, it was canned clam chowder. The breakfast buffet was okay, not too bad but not great. The staff were super friendly though, that's a big positive. That being said, I did enjoy my stay. Although the rooms were dusty initially, after some cleaning it was quite comfortable. You can get some amazing views of the golf course and sunset if you look out for it!

We all enjoyed their wonderful view, 24 hours friendly service, a tidy room, delicious breakfast buffet and warmly smile.
I still remember that at 2am morning, our friends group was very “gila” and wanted to soak in the jaguchi. It was very late, but their service was really fast and they were very patient and teach us how to use. It was really warm.
I want to special thank bellman - Haikal and Duty Manager - Lina. Haikal was very hardworking and responsible to us. They give us the feeling of being at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a Ramadhan Buffet, 8 of us. Taste wise, so² only (at least to me). Bad experience; when time to taste durian the person incharge start to reserve good 1 for VIP only....hell, I thought we all paying same price, $118.00 isn't? My verdict, bo worth it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place for Golfers… package price is reasonable for a 3 days 2 night stay for 3 rounds of golf. Hotel accommodations is very good and comfotable. The only negative aspect is that it is quite far from business centre and eateries.
