★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very slow for their customer service... Turtle is much faster than their service. Infront of me only have 3 customers but still need to wait for 1 hour plus. Bad experience. Need to have improvement!!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and friendly staff, especially Haz (Preferred Banking Officer, Shereen (Front Desk Customer Service), and Steven (Branch Manager). Shereen took the time to attend to my inquiries in detail, Haz patiently waited for me and signed me up as a customer, and Steven took the time to greet and introduce himself. Albeit a slower service, but one has to understand that we are now plagued by increasing cases of Covid and physical workforce has been significantly reduced. I was at another bank earlier, the service rendered there was a lot slower.
