Exterior and interior, amazing. Front desk was very responsive. Sadly, the room I stayed was very dusty like an antique museum. The headboard, table, floors was covered in dust. Told the manager regarding this issue but I was informed the housekeepers are new. Lol. Sadly Pool and cafe is closed for renovation but location wise, its in the middle of georgetown and walking distance to the basically everywhere. Would I stay again, maybeeeee.

Very satisfied with this hotel! With only RM200 you can get a huge room wiht jacuzzi! Pleasent service by the staffs and our room was huge more than expected. Suitable for couple honeymoon. The highlight was the jacuzzi with georgetown view. Especially if you stay at level 3. Komtar tower can be seen from our room. Unforgettable experience.

Pros: Staff was very friendly. Explained about the hotel amenities and parking very efficiently. Location is quite good as it is in Georgetown. Right behind the hotel is the famous Transfer Road Roti Canai. There are places to eat around the hotel too. We took Deluxe King Room, room size is okay, bed is comfy. Cons: The room is quite dusty. There are enclosed areas (drawers, wardrobe) are so dusty like it's never been wiped before. 1 of our in-room mug had a dried creamer texture in it from god knows when. I flipped it and wash it a lil bit. The next day after room service did the room, the same mug was placed on the table again with the stain on. It's like they didn't even check the mug. I told the receptionist during checkout, hope cleanliness issue can be taken more seriously.

I like the space because it has a heritage theme that I like. The best thing about this hotel is that it is close to all of the tourist attractions, and if you want to avoid waiting in long lines for lunch at any of the popular local eateries, use Grab and thank me later. The service was nice, but keep in mind that it's in the heart of town, so finding a parking spot can be difficult. By the way, my husband requested a room decoration for our anniversary but received no response. Sad.

Hotel probably has post covid syndrome. Doors cant be locked properly. Air condition not cooling. Pillows had the damp smell. Front desk hospitality is just okay. Otherwise with its concept, it couldve been a better and more comfortable stay. Location is best as it right in town.

Pros: I paid a discounted rate via Agoda & stayed in The Transfer room with the standing jacuzzi. The rooms were very large, had character and were in a great location. I think these are the best rooms in the house to be honest. Generally comfortable, with basic toiletries. It is in the heart of the city and everything is within walking distance, making it very accessible. Staff did their best despite being understaffed. Cons: The signs of wear and tear are obvious, made more so by the pandemic. The front door lock was faulty, the shower knobs came loose, etc. Note there is no dedicated parking space - generally after 6pm it is easy to find parking, however. At the time of writing this, all facilities are closed - which is possibly why there was such a big discount. No pool, no kitchen, no spa, no common areas. Those areas are being upgraded and as a result it is very messy and an eyesore for the time being. Some members of staff sit around and lounge openly in these areas. --- All in all a very pleasant place with staff that will do their best to make you comfortable despite the ongoing challenges. Your support will help preserve this heritage hotel.

I booked Twin Bed with Balcony and Jacuzzi. It's a beautiful place, quite comfortable, housekeeping service was alright. Small detail I noticed, the pillows were scented. Would stay here again. Do note that it's a restored heritage building so creaks, wear and tear is to be expected.

The rooms are beautiful and huge. Some wear and tear is there but it doesn't take away from the experience. Mr Rosli from the front desk was so helpful and nice which made our stay extra special. Will definitely return.
