A bit disappointed with their service. Claimed warranty for one side of my drive shaft and had to wait about 3-4 weeks (including MCO restrictions and their COVID case in the outlet). Today, they mentioned that they have to claim one pair instead of one side and I have to wait another 2-3 weeks again. Why didnt they detect the fault at the first place and avoid time wastage?

Worst service center ever. Normal service have to wait 4 to 6 hours. Reason given “too many car”. Poor management then. Service center have to know your capability and capacity. Don’t make customer wait for 4 to 6 hours just for normal service!!

This is my first time visit at the only Honda Service center in BP,. As for is on a great SAT, today many cars are quieng for service, thank God mine is just the first 1000km inspection, it take me about 1 hrs 15 mins drive off frm the center. Thanks fr Appoinment booking Customer Service Ms Teo for her prompt changes for my last minute arrangement as for some miscommunication happened for the previous miss booking. Many counters and service advisor available to assist us to be call for our service. As for is1st service, really fast and also attended to my minor complaint. Thanks for service advisor Zarina and the mechanic who assigned to me that patiently attend my question and try to settle my minor complaint. Appreciated for the first visit. Thanks again. Looking forward for the 10000 km or 6 months service later.
