★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here for Covid19 test. Good helpful service. No problem with parking. For lodging there are several hotel or inn nearby, walking distance only. There's restaurant nearby. Need transport to Kuantan town about 3-4 KM away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just across the Tanjung Lumpur bridge and in a serene environment with great view overlooking Kuantan River and the town proper. Kuantan Tower 188 stands proud as the latest landmark and tourist attraction in town. A must visit place in Kuantan. Stay safe always everyone.

My grandpa is 66th years old.
My grandpa was admitted over there for 4 days. He faced such a bad services in the ward(7th floor). Such he need to go to the physiotherapy room which in other floor by his own where they just ask him to walk alone to there.And the food taste so bad and the quantity and the quality of the food is not worth for what we’re paying for. Then the cleaning services over there is terrible!!! where they don’t do the cleaning at all. Just come to collect the trash that’s it.. no sweeping or mopping at all without asking .. And he need to get the drinking water or hot water by his own too..even though its nearby to his ward room.. but still he’s already aged and not well.. the management should consider about all this.. the bill is not worth for the services.. Not at all..
let’s this be the last for myself or my families to be at KPJ(Kuantan). Tq for such a bad services and experiences KPJ Kuantan Ward Room( 7th Floor)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my follow up & delivery with Dr soraya arshad. Very satisfied with the service. Staffs were friendly & helpful. Comfortable 2 bedroom with my husband while admitted. Pantang food was okay. Price not too crazy, affordable. Thanks very much KPJ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service teruk by one of the staff at cashier department. I forgot what was her name but she was on duty at counter number 4 on 10/6/2022 around 1pm. She so rude and she ask my mother to sign a paper without look at my mother face. Do advice her some manner later thankyou!
