★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This condo has been around more than 15 years...a bit dated but has a nice pool n tennis crt..mostly chinese family live here..near to Tropicana Club..Aman Suria ..Mutiara Tropicana...eating places nearby ..neighbourhood not tat great..a lot of car breakin...bcareful at nite??

Con: aware of the afternoon security guards (Dipak and Yogendra) as they always not respect resident's privacy. Dipak look like taking drug. Have raised issue to MOC office before, but their action is removed all the security guard picture in the notice board, feel disappointed to their action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place with nice resort like grounds. Mostly families and well maintained.
Built in the late 1980s and was one of the first condominium blocks in PJ. The developer Capitaland clearly spent time to design it very well and also took into consideration Feng Shui. Units are all reasonable sized and corridors well spaced.
There are 2 Blocks (Phoenix & Dragon). Each have 2 wings (East & West). In the centre is a beautifully spaced club house with a pool & jacuzzi pool. There is an internal road that goes around the whole condominium - hence it’s great for those who jog. 1 round is circa 500m.
Each wing is served by 2 lifts. These lifts serve 17 floors. The first 16 floors have 6 units. From 1,000 sqft to 1,400 sqft. The 17th floor is where the penthouses are and there are 4 units. Hence one wing has 100 units.
In total there are 400 units in MOC. Hence it is very low dense for the space!
