The management is inconsiderate and high likely
make you lose your modesty.
So many charges, even have to pay rm200 yearly per person enter your own house and also many other hidden charges. The best thing is you cannot object at all. The management happily charging without consulting the residents. Your opinion is not welcomed.
The neighborhood is not friendly at all, engagement between residents almost none.
Feel bad renting here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inconsiderate and incompetence management catering for the tenants, it is very inconvenient that the delivery guy is not allowed to access our PO Box to drop off parcels.
Least management should have done is to set up tables & a guard to monitor for drop-offs an pick-ups. Please look into this & not be ignorant. Learn from other condominium's policy, very efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car parked inside of the condo area, yet right side of the car skirt kit manageable get stolen. Reported to management, but manager seem to be push away the responsibilities. Saying that this is not management problem & fault. What the point for hiring so many guards but yet the security still so weak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is bad. Security is rude. Luckily I don't stay there. I just feel sorry for the residences there. Pay a handful amount of RM350 per month for maintenance and it is not well maintained at all. I wonder where does all the money going to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Nasi Kerabu, best and pedas gila samble. Highly recommended. Open at 5pm, located just near to condo main entrance next to burger stall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is so so, many rules and regulations, and sometime management fells like hostel, and you also only can wear black to pool which is ridiculously

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented here for a year. The management is nice but the unit I lived in wasnt really well kept so rain water comes and flooded the rooms a few times during my tenancy there. Security is good, trash collected everyday in the morning. Parking is RM130 per month, walking access is RM70 per year. Management is professional and keep everyone updated with notices in the lift. Also have a recycling spot
