โ โ โ โ โ Very good customer service... The few restaurants serve wonderful yummy food and good varieties of breakfast... overall excellent... landscape wise (tree branches, flower trimming, walk path way etc..) can be improved further. The resident package (all meals inclusive is a good deal)

โ โ โ โ โ I stayed from 28-30 April with my family and we truly enjoyed our experience and time there. A very well maintained resort even though it is more than 30 years of age, very relaxing place, really clean, and scenic. They also have very friendly staff working there esp Chef Danny for the nice hospitality and Mr. Ng who made a nice origami for my toddler. All their staff still manage to put on a smiley face and treat customers well despite their long working hours. It is a very kid friendly place too. We love the beach which was not crowded, very clean and scenic. Nature there was great, with nice preserved flora and fauna.

โ โ โ โ โ We like hill villa as you can overlook the entire sea however if you have walking difficulties like climbing up and down stairs, you may have to opt for garden villa as it's much nearer to the eatery place. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

โ โ โ โ โ From the time we arrived at Marina Island office for check in, and arrival at the resort was seamless. Very professionally handled by the staff. At the resort we got a full briefing on facilities, meals, things to do and everything else we need to know. The bags were already in our sea villa when we went in. Some areas of the resort are a bit dated but very clean and tidy. The sunset cruise was definitely a highlight of our stay. Mages took excellent care of us on the cruise. The jungle walk was very informative. Naturalist, Justin was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We chilled out at Emerald Bay for two of the four days we spent at the resort. Meals at Royal Bay Beach Club, Feast Village, Uncle Lim's and Chapman's Bar were very tasty and portions were generous. The staff at all the restaurants go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dinning experience. A return visit is definitely in the works......

โ โ โ โ โ An exclusive island resort off Lumut. The Resort has its own fast ferry from Marina Bay jetty. Excellent and friendly service from all the staff. There are different types of villas to cater to your liking. Beautiful sunrise view from the Hill Villa and Sea Villas. Good selection of western and Asian cuisine at its various restaurants. The jungle trek is conducted by two naturalists. Emerald Bay is great beach to relax and have a swim. You can see many hornbills at the Resort.

โ โ โ โ โ A great place for relaxing. Staffs from front desk, restaurants, drivers and others were polite and friendly. Sometimes front desk staffs were too occupied with phone calls.
Stayed at the sea villa this time and it has nice view. If you're lucky with clear sky, you can enjoy starry view.
Few choices to dine in for lunch and dinner. Mixture of Asian and Western foods.
Emerald Bay has one of the best beach.
Kudos that they're also trying to be a sustainable hotel. However, many plastics and rubbish seem to float to this area (which is not Pangkor Laut's fault). Malaysian seriously need to improve on this.

โ โ โ โ โ If you want a premium type of domestic vacation, Pangkor Laut Resort is a good choice. Through out our stay we're pampered by the staff's at this resort. We being greeted by the staff's at all places. They are well trained to welcome guests. Even those crews at the jetty and ferry drivers are very courteous. World class resort.

โ โ โ โ โ This island is really beautiful, lovely resort with different choices of rooms and villas for rental. From the check-in at the Marina, to the speedboat transfer to the island resort was just great. Our room check-in host was very pleasant and he did a great job explaining things around. Our room was nice, clean and cosy.....big bathroom, comfy bed and a big balcony. There is no TV in the room, something new to me. I presume to encourage us to spend more time outdoors. As I have booked a sea villa with full board, all my meals were well taken care of. There is a van transport which takes us to the other side of island which has a lovely secluded beach.....fine white sand with crystal clear water. But of course depending on the tide of that time. There is also a bar and restaurant over there. Beach chairs are plenty around, beach towels are provided and so are the rest rooms facilities. Though there are plenty of outdoor activities but this time we just like to relax and enjoy ourselves at this place called 'Emerald Bay'.
