The environment is comfortable, nice for hang out night.
However, i think that food taste and quality a little bit not up to izakaya mark. I expected better quality and seasoning of the food for its price mark.
For example, gyoza was nothing to remember about. Pork skewer was too hard, mushroom skewer was just plain mushroom grilled with drizzle of soy sauce, army stew was with low quality seafood. The only good thing was the bacon roll with sausage and grilled. A bit disappointed as an izakaya level eatery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the unagi roll! The unagi was tender and generous, on top of warm bed of sushi rice and veg. The chicken karaage was alright, not the best but decent. The mix pork skewers were good.
We ordered the mackerel lunch set that comes with soup and rice. The fish came, and then a very long while later came the rice. As we were going to remind them of the soup it came. The lunch experience was confusing. The dishes comes in spurts between very long pauses.
Would pause before coming here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High quality Japanese restaurant filled with Japanese themselves as regular.
Ramen was simply delicious. Service is prompt and sashimi was really fresh. They do service happy hour alcohol at specific times.
Environment wise is cozy and small. But definitely good enough for a gathering and chit chats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the today special sashimi is really affordable at RM 140. with 7 different Sashimi chosen by Chef. Must order the Mega Beer with fried chicken to try it out together. All liquor and beer are really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ foods are nice, service is as fast as Japan's Izakaya so i'm very impressed!
ramen & donburi: i think their main menu isn't so good, just nice to fill your tummy. better eat something else first and come here for the snacks
gyoza: nicely charred, skin is great and fillings are awesome
yakitori: the star of the day. sauce is thick, glazing the meat nicely. the meats are quite chunky, it's good and juicy. definitely recommend this if you like skewers

The ambience and atmosphere is really inviting for a dressed down affair.
Service staff were prompt; no idle banter or spacing out crews noticeable.
Food quality wise, given that the place was packed, it really took us by surprise as the speed of dishes-to-table were Hamilton-like, yet, on-point!
Food portions were just nice. Worth every penny (at least for us UwU)~
