Best Resort hotel in Malaysia

Hotel and the sea view is nice but the meals so bad, no choices, no add on allowed and the menu is fixed by the hotel with the unreasonable prices. No sea side activities, the boat we booking and they can cancel at the last minute, let us waiting at the beach there around 3hrs. Really bad experience that I am 1st time met.

When arrive here everything spoil my holiday mood with my frens the resort is not maintained well all the facility are worn out n food not much choice n beach is dirty n it was monsoon time n all sea activities are cancei N nobody told us about this monsoon trip if we know we won't have come n the journey from the jetty to sibu island on the boat was so bumpy if pregnant women pls avoid come during this time we just come here stay in the rooms eat n sleep such a boring trip n every guest I met complain too n swimming pool dirty n water system not working only the best part are all the staff very polite n accommodating all we will be bored to death...
H	Ho Jiayi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite dissapointed with the resort. They need to improve their water supply and facilities. The water with unpleasant smell and taste, whole body with iron smell after bath. Also poor internet connection, and the beach is not clean.

The best part is the staff all very accommodating..

Best of all was the FOOD every single day - top star chef! ??? Nigel, Martha, Sazzy and the rest of the staff made the stay truly enjoyable. The packages are super value for money with all meals provided, boat transfer and complimentary snorkeling trip. You can book directly with the reservations team. My friends and I just chilled out at the pool and the beach, plus went snorkeling at Pulau Kukus nearby. The hotel itself is pretty well-maintained but do expect the usual wear and tear of an island resort. Our room (quad sharing, garden view) kinda had a peek of the beach as well, that was nice. Tip: Catch the sunset from the jetty and the sunrise from the beach. Sooo beautiful! ?

I love our room, because when open window we can see beach infront of us, and night can hear sound of waves. Not much activity can be done here except beach activities. Snorkeling need to go nearby island. Here got swimming pool.
