★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience was unpleasant. Customer service was very poor. The beauty therapist who attended to me was grumpy and abrupt, was extremely reluctant to give me magazines to read after I had to request for them, and even though it was only a few steps away from her (I was getting a pedicure done). I didn’t get to read them in the end. And my nail polish chipped after one day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was so-so. They didn't really did a great job with my nails. But what i find was unacceptable was: while i was doing my nails, someone came and inquire the price. The girls working there showed her the published rate, but after the person said it was too expensive, the girl immediately reduced her price. This is very unfair seeing that I have paid for full price! So, I don't think i will go back there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for extempore gel polish. My nails are a beautiful and even color. Nice lady worked on them!
4/5 since gel polish was priced 40 but in order for them to do the base manicure had to pay for manicure (total 108) was not included in gel polish price. The manicure was super, she did a very thorough work. Very pleased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service. Made an appointment long ago, and just one person was switching and working for two of us, it was very unfair as the price is way higher compared to other places. Although they helped on picking colours and suggested, yet The service sucked as they had to rush and switch and do. Despite us making an appointment, and they were already full, they still kept bringing in more and more customers and it was totally pissing off. I hope to get a compensation for this as I'm totally dissatisfied and disappointed with their work. Worst! They said it was supposed to be a 45-minutes service but they made me wait for 30 minutes to even get started and then wait another 30 minutes after cutting the nails then wait again. I dont get the point of making an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in for an impromptu pedicure. The lady at front counter was really unfriendly. And speak quite rudely. She even show an unhappy face. They talked loudly among themselves while working so makes it an unpleasant experience. The rates are relatively higher than most places. I don't mind the price if good services rendered. But not like this... I'd opt for other places anytime!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going for gel removal and classic manicure yesterday. The staff named Yuni was very friendly and gave great service. She handled my nails carefully and gently as well as giving advices to take good care of nails. Will definitely come back in the future. Recommended that you guys look for staff named Yuni!

1) The nail techs weren’t really professional, kept chitchatting with each other about their personal and work life. Really made me uncomfortable.
2) One of them kept playing music from her phone and kept singing loudly. Felt like i paid a couple hundred bucks for an experience in a cheap nail salon off the streets.
3) Nail tech was rough at handling my nails. Didnt fully focus on doing my nails, kept looking elsewhere while chitchatting with the other nail tech.
4) Nail tech was not good at shaping my nails. The way she shaped my nails was horrifying, i was truly shocked. She made the shape crooked, when i told her off she looked at me in disbelief, like she has done a good job when it was the total opposite. Kept telling her to shape it nicely until i was satisfied. A bit frustrating to keep telling her what to do when she should know better as a nail tech.
5) Nail polish applied turned out to be streaky.
Just fyi, this was my first time doing my nails here. Decided to try it here as their instagram looks promising. If you are looking for a relaxing, self-pampering time for yourself, this is not the place. Until they hire professionally trained nail techs, dont walk, but RUN to other better nail salons girlies?
